sir , i am m.sc biotechnology (appearing) student . Am i eligible for bank agricultural officer exam??

Eligibility for Agricultural officer :

Age limit:21-30

You should be a Graduate in agriculture,veterinary,fishers,dairy horticulture etc.

Technical qualification from any recognized university with 60% of marks.

You have to know the computer,and you have to maintain a good knowledge about the computer.

eligibility for agriculture officer in bank of India

age limit-the candidate should of minimum age of 21 to a maximum of 30 years

should be a graduate in agriculture, veterinary, fisheries, dairy Horticulture etc
{Technical Qualification (BTech, MBA etc)from a university recognized by
Government of India}

should have good knowledge of Computer and working knowledge of computer
applications

should have First Class – 60% aggregate marks and there is a relaxation of 5% for SC/ST/OBC/PWD candidates


so you are eligible for the above post.

Can microbiology students apply for IBPS agriculture officer 2013? Please reply soon, as I studied some papers like biofertilizers, biopesticides, plant pathology, food and agri microbiology in my graduation. So, I think I have good knowledge of agri field. What is your view? Please guide me.

Yes,you will be eligible to apply for Agriculture Officer through IBPS Exam.
For appearing in this exam,you will have to meet these Eligibility :-

Educational qualification :-

• Degree in Agriculture/Animal Husbandry/Diary science/Fishery science/Forestry.
• As you have passed your Graduation thus you will be eligible to apply for this exam.

Age :-

• Your minimum age should be 20 years.
• Your age should not be above 35 years.

NOTE :-

~You should have a Degree/Certificate/Diploma in Computer Operations/Language.
~You must have studied Computer science as one of the subject in High school/Institute/College.


Age relaxations :-

• 5 years for SC/ST Candidates.
• 3 years for OBC Candidates.
• 10 years for Disability persons.
