Am i eligible for JEE after failing matric twice?


Sir I have failed matric twice and pass it in 2011 .Am I elegible for jee 2013? Please answer soon

Hi,
These are the eligibility criteria's-:
First of required educational qualifications are you must completed the 10+2 with maths and physics as a compulsory subjects from recognized board, and here not required any percentage in 10+2 level.
= = > Final year students can also apply for eligible for IIT JEE exam,
= = > You must be both mentally and physique healthy.
There is no criteria for flunked students hence you are eligible to apply.

i have failed my matric twice ,is it possible that the district can offer me another chance to write again,because i do not have enough money to pay for fees...i would like to write again in the year 2014 february to march.

I faillef matric in 2012 and i also failled supplimentary in 2014 when can i re right again
