i have done my 10th and puc in karnataka but graduation in andhra pradesh.. am i eligible to write KAS exam?

I have completed my PUC, and D Pharmacy in orissa two years back but I want to know is PUC is considered now for pharmach to get our certificate because hyderabad pharmacy board has rejected saying PUC is not eligible for pharmacy
