Am I eligible to pursue MS in Germany after completing engineering with 65% and 18 backlogs?


Im cmpletd my enginering wth 65% bt i hav 18 bck logs. I wna pursue my m.s in germany. Am i elgble..d nly drawbk is my bck logs..does dt afct my chances of m.s n germany? Do i get gud univrsty if i 6.5 in ielts? Plz sugest me

now i am in 2nd year of b.tech studying in chennai in tamilnadu, which is the state in india . i kindly request you to give me the information now it self
