I have passed my 10th in 2011 and 12th in 2015(appearing) and i am getting 83 marks in jee-main 2015(sc candidate) is i am eligible for registering for jee-advance 2015

Yes you can expect that you will qualify your JEE Mains examination being a SC candidate and going to get 83 marks as the previous year qualifications for the same is around 50 marks which is much less than your expected marks .

As far as you are concerned about your registration for JEE Advance examination so at first you will have to pass in your Mains examination which you will probably do and then you have to be in the top 20% students of your respective board on the basis of marks scored in the 12th board examination .

The minimum marks required to score for SC Candidates to make registration for JEE Advanced 2015 is "50" marks only and 14% marks when it is converted into % Cutoff. To be eligible for JEE Advanced 2015 you must be 1 among top 1,50,000 candidates. Remember around 11500 candidates will be called for JEE Advanced 2015 Examination. As you are an SC Candidate, there will be 7.5% reservations for SC Category candidates. Criteria to get admission at NITs, IIITs or any other colleges takes performance in 12th or equivalent qualifying examination and in JEE main exam. The exam has Paper is also have an eligibility test for the JEE Advance, this for those who are aspiring to take admission in the course which are offered by IITs of various states.

Which an introduction of changes in IIT admission process in the year 2013, on 25th May 2014 JEE advanced was conducted for IIT admission. Over 1.5 lacs were selected for Advanced exam. Mains exam was conducted on 6th of Apr 2014.

Talking about cut off of JEE Mains for JEE Advanced, in 2013 Common merit list was 113, for other back ward class it was 70, for SC it was 50 and for ST its 45. In the year 2014, CML was 115, for OBC it was 74 , for SC it was 53 and for ST its 47.

If you observe there is a slight rise of cut off from one year to another, and as you are a SC candidate then there are ample of chances to get eligible for JEE advance 2015.
