I am 3rd year b. com student but my one subject is ending a 3rd year exam so sir can i eligiable for the upsc mpsc exam?

Dear student,

Eligibility for UPSC MPSC entrance exam is passed out your degree.
After completion of all the subject you can give exam.
so better to clear one subject and then you apply for it.
