Any chance to be selected in IIT and NIT after scoring 45/100

sir,
I scored 45/100 with AIR 1657 in GATE 2013 in civil engineering. so according to you what are my chances to be selected in IIT and NIT'S?? and also please suggest me list of top NITs for structural engineering??

You can get admission in National institute of Technology after scoring 45 marks out of 100 marks in GATE examination.

Though you may not be able to get admission in top NITs, but you can get admission in NIT for Master of Technology course.
