It sounds a bit indifferent for hotel management student seeking jobs with police or army. I assume your question is related to jobs related to hotel management. Its not possible to get direct entry into either of the two. You have to sit for state conducted written exam for police jobs and centre government conducted exam for army. If you wish to serve either of the two then appear for the written exams.
