After working as a trainee in IT company can I try out a job in IT industry or government job in Indian Oil, HP etc if Have 3 years Gap between my previous job?
Im an MCA graduate of 2007 passed out. after my gradudation i worked as a trainee in an IT company for a year. after that i left my job and now im having 3yrs gap. my quest is, can i try for a job in IT or gov jobs like Indian oil, HP etc

Yes friend u apply for govt.secter job in which u fullfill qualification under age.

yes u can join but u have to show your previous exprience that how many u spend on IT sector.and at interview u have to say WHY U LEAVE PREVIOUS COMPANY? with a great answer.Then see u will b in that job. but u have to work hard so Try.
