Availability or scholarships for 2nd year MBBS students for Schedule Tribes candidates?

I am studying 2nd year of MBBA and I want scholarships because I am unable to pay my mess fee and hostel fee. My father is farmer and I got 62% in 1st year MBBS. I belong to Schedule Tribes category. What scholarship options are available for me? How can I apply for those?
