B.a certificate of eiilm university is valid in odisha....please tell me the detail

EIILM University is recognised by the UGC(University Grants Commission), so one can do any course from this university is valid for all Central and State Government jobs. The course is valid in Odisha and all over in India.

I have completed B.A. in EIILM University but in bolangir( odisha)dist. employment exchange office refuse to registration. So what can l do.

If Eiilm university is fake than why didn't the govt seize the same? if it ll done than many students got escaped.
