Sir can you tell that 2nd year be students can get such iocl scholarship and when will be the merit list of 2015 scholars declared

Let me first tell you all the eligibility criteria for the scholarship-

1. You should be pursuing a bachelors course`like B,tech or BBA- If you are doing one of these course then you should be in the 1st year of the course. Then only you are eligible.

2. If you are in the 10th or pursuing any diploma then also one can apply.

3. Also, candidates in the courses like MBA can also apply for the same.

Now, as you can see, you are in the 2nd year of your bachelors so you are not eligible for the scholarship. had you shown the interest a year earlier, you could have held the chance to apply for that scholarship.
