This Institute is not affilated by UGC, because only Universities is affilated by UGC. This college is good and it offers many courses like MBA, BBA, PGDBA, MCA and BCA.

I agree with Rahul k BIMS is affliated with AICTE but not UGC. BIMS does not fall under the provision of UGC.

The AICTE approval itself makes it clear that BIMS is a nice institutions to study any course.
