Indian Forest service examination conducted every year by the Union public service commission. This exam is conducted for the selection of candidate as an officer in Indian forest. For the IFS exam candidate age should be between
21 to 30 years. Relaxation in age is given to reserved category candidates like SC/ST and OBC.

For the IFS examination a candidate should be graduate in any discipline from the recognized university. Those appeared in the final year examination are also eligible to apply for this examination.

BOOKS FOR IFS
The question asked in the IFS examination is of objective type. Candidates who qualify the examination will be called for the next round that is interview examination.
