Please give me list of top book in upsc exam and syllabus of the entrance exam

its not very clear about which exam are you asking since upsc conducts a wide range of exams from nda to ias so i am just telling you about ias exam.about ias also called civil services,the exam consists of 3 stages.
first stage called prelims consists of 2 objective papers comprising current affairs,aptitude etc. you should regularly go through newspapers and magazines like ias chronicle to remain informed.
the second stage consists of mains comprising 2 subjective papers in each of the 2 optionals that you choose.also 2 subjective papers of gs and 1 paper each of essay and english
the third stage is the interview.
it should be noted that there are elimination in each stage.

Which are the best books for UPSC exam? Syllabus of the exam?

Please clarify your question because we are unable to understand your question because UPSC(Union Public Service Commission ) conducts several exams and the pattern and syllabus differs as per the nature of exams .The examples of some of exams conducted by upsc are as follows :

• NDA
• IAS
• IES
• IPS
• SSC e.t.c

CDS
IES
SCRA
CIVIL SERVICES
COMBINED MEDICAL SERVICES EXAM
INDIAN FOREST SERVICE

CENTRAL POLICE FORCES and many more...

But you did not tell about the exams who information you want.But as civil service main exam is going to happen soon so iam expecting you need civil service exams books .

UPSC exam is different type,
many exams are in UPSC that like
NDA,IAS,IPS,IFS,CDS etc.

the syllabus is also different according to exam.

criteria:-
*Candidate pass graduation
*Candidate must be an INDIAN
*AGe-21 to 30 years
5 years relaxation for SC/ST candidate
3 years for OBC candidate
*Attempts:-
4 times for general candidate
7 times for OBC candidate
No limits for SC/ST candidate
