you can go for CA, ICWA both are equallant
CA itself has 3 levels they are
CPT
IPCC
Final exams
CPT is entrance exam for CA course which conducted twice in a year i.e, in the month of
December and June
after getting qualify in this exam next is
article ship training under the gazatted CA officers.
IPCC here 2 groups are there i.e, Group-I Group-II
you can attempt both the groups or one by one
the last level is final exam of CA
once you clear all the subjects then you will become
Charted Accountant

CS -> Company Secretary

CA -> Chartered Accountancy

ICWA -> Institute of Cost and Work Accountants

CS -> The Company Secretary (CS) is a professional course conducted by The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
There are three stages in company Secretary course-

Foundation Program
Executive Program
Professional Program.

In order to apply for Foundation course you must be 12th passed in any stream. After clearing Foundation course you are eligible to apply for Executive course. Those who have completed their Graduation can directly apply for Executive program.

ICWA -> This course is also conducted by The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).This course is also divided into three stages -

Foundation course
Intermediate course
Final course

For applying in Foundation course, you must have passed 12th class. If you are appearing in 12th class then also you can apply for this course.
After clearing Foundation course you become eligible to appear in Intermediate course. Graduate students don't have to study foundation course. They can directly apply for Intermediate course.
