Which is the best institute to pursue Aeronautical Engineering and what are the career prospects...?

Aeronautical engineering is one of the demanding fields in Engineering. In India there is a number of universities offering the Engineering program in Aeronautics. IITs are scoring the top most position in offering the course. MIT, Chennai, HIET, Chennai, Nehru College of Aeronautics & Applied Science, Coimbatore, IIAE, Dehradun, IIAEIT, Pune, VSM Institute of Aerospace, Bangalore etc is some of the best institute in the field. A graduate in the field can work in the public and private sector. Armed force, Defence research labs, airline manufacturing units are some of the career platform for the Aeronautical engineering graduate.

Which engineering course has the best career prospects ?

i got 40000 rank in eamcet.i want to do aeronotical engineering.wich coleg can i get?hw is the carrier in this?if i do aeronotical eng,can i become a space scientist further?pleaz reply me.m confused

Aeronautical Engineering Colleges Aeronautical Engineering students are educated both in India and abroad. While most students study in the institutions established in the country the number of students going abroad is on the increase. There are a good number of engineering colleges and universities in US and UK. In India aeronautical engineering institutes have been set up in several states. There are institutes of aeronautical engineering in Delhi, Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu, Uttar Pradesh, Assam, Bihar and Uttaranchal among others. While most students study in the institutions established in the country the number of students going abroad is on the increase.

I am a student of class XII. Am interested and really passionate about Aeronautical Engg. I should be cracking some competitive exams(national) like iit...
but am confused with the books to read and how to prepare...???
I have not got any information regarding how to crack iit and the procedures involved in getting into iit. Could any of suggest websites where i can get the above information..??

I am an aeronautical engineering graduate. if you are not getting into good college, or if you dont have any personal contact in this field for job. you will be scrutinized. and if you are going for research you can continue studies in since it is vast subject. please dont join in any XYZ college
