There is no engineering branch to taught robotics exclusively at B.Tech level. You can study robotics at M.Tech level. Although, robotics courses are very few, that too in IITs/NITs only. In other colleges, it is taught in superficial way only.

Therefore, best way forward is, take either electrical or mechanical engineering at B.Tech level, then you can take admission in IIT/NIT through GATE exam. There you can study robotics courses.
Besides, you can take up courses in embedded field which will be very helpful in future.
