you can do it through igno institute . . . the institute is a nice choice for distance studies.

you just try IGNOU distance education, and apply for your proceeding course.IGNOU has all the requirement courses.you are in oman right now since IGNOU centre is available in your country.and they are also providing scholarship also.so please make use of it.

I have completed my 10th in 1994 with 62% maeks.now I am working as a factory manager in a engineering farm.I want to learn Mechanical Engineering in distance education.please help me.

IGNOU offers diploma in mechanical engg. through distance, minimum 3years to maximum 6 years course with a course fees of Rs.42000/-and no age limit is there.minimum qualification required is 10th with 55 percent of marks.
