sir/madam can you please give me some suggestions for book to be referrd for AFCAT exam,as i have applide for afcat flying brach.

All the books available in market regarding AFCAT are just question banks. In order to prepare regarding syllabus you should go for following books. -Objective General English : 10000 Plus Questions by R.S. Aggarwal -Lucent's General Knowledge -Mathematics for CDS by R.S.Aggarwal Syllabus for AFCAT is as follows: (a) General Awareness – History, Sports, Geography, Environment, Civics, Basic Science, Defence, Art, Culture, Current Affairs, Politics etc. (b) Verbal Ability in English – Comprehension, Error Detection, Sentence Completion, Synonyms, Antonyms and Testing of Vocabulary. (c) Numerical Ability – Decimal Fraction, Simplification, Average, Profit & loss, Percentage, Ratio & Proportion and Simple interest. (d) Reasoning and Military Aptitude Test – Verbal Skills and Spatial Ability. So prepare hard. Best of Luck.... |
