I have done my b.tech in mechanical engineering and m.tech in computer science can I apply for isro if yes then in which branch.?

Yes . ISRO hire M.Tech candidates but few will get that opportunity. ISRO prefer candidates with good technical background ( at least that is what I see). Therefore your GPA matters in the screening round. Later in the interview, the panel will check your basics, problem solving skills and your master thesis. ISRO advertise about the positions in newspapers and digital media.
