It comes under Civil Services examination which is conducted for various

Sorry dear you can not appear for IFS exam. because for IFS The candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree with at least one of the subjects namely Animal Husbandry & Veterinary Science, Botany, Chemistry, Geology, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics and Zoology or a Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Forestry or in Engineering.

Yes, you are eligible for Indian Foreign Services.

No friend. Since you are a B.com graduate you can't apply for indian foriegn

service exam (IFS). Because only science graduate students that also only

following course finishers can only become IFS officer.

Bachelor’s degree of a recognized university with at least one of the subjects

namely Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Science, Botany, Chemistry, Geology,

Mathematics, Physics, Statistics and Zoology or a Bachelor’s degree in

Agriculture, Forestry or in Engineering.

For appearing into the IFS(Indian foreign services) you must have bachelor's degree in the field of Science and Agriculture.
The age limit for the IFS is 21-30 years for a general candidate. there are 55 of relaxation for Sc/ST candidates.
The application form for the IFS is issued and the last date for getting forms is 25th of April 2011.
So i think you are not eligible for IFS as you have completed your graduation in Commerce field.
