Yes being a B.Com Final year student you're eligible for CA IPCC course. But, you have to score minimum 55% percentage of marks in order to join in IPCC course.

Here, you didn't mention your percentage of marks, If you have scored above 55% percentage of marks then definitely you're eligible for IPCC course.

The Commerce stream candidate who have score above 55% percentage of marks are directly eligible for Intermediate or IPCC course.

If you're score below 55% percentage of marks then It's necessary for you to appear CPT Entrance Examination.
