Can I appear for JMFC if I am in 2nd year ATKT


in 2nd year a.t.k.t was their but in final year pass with 55% can appear j.m.f.c

No, you are not eligible to apply for the JMFC exam .

JMFC stands for Judicial Magistrate First Class exam.

The JMFC exam is conducted by Maharashtra Public Service Commission (MPSC).

Eligibility criteria required to appear in the JMFC exam are as under :-

-The candidate must have LLB degree with at least 3 years of experience as Attorney or Advocate.

-The age limit to apply for JMFC exam is from 21 years to 35 years for Advocate or Attorney of general category.

-The upper age limit is relaxed for OBC candidates by 3 years and 5 years for SC/ST candidates .
