Hi......, I turned 33 last mnth... can I appear for kas dis yr???? I belong to obc...

If you had turned up 33 years and if you belong to OBC category, then you cannot appear for the KAS exam.

KAS stands for Karnataka Administrative Services. The KAS exam is conducted by the Karnataka Public Service Commission.

Eligibility Criteria for KAS exam :-

1.You should be a Graduate from a recognized university.

2.Age Limit :- 21-30 years
Age relaxation is provided to the reserved category candidates as follows :-
OBC :- 3 years
SC/ST : 5 years

3.You must be a citizen of India.

Selection Procedure :-

1.Preliminary Exam
2.Mains Exam
3.Personal Interview
