i am pearsuing b.sc. final year so i can apply for b.ed. enterance exam

Yes, you can apply for B.Ed entrance exam. Graduation is the basic qualification insisted for B.Ed. usually candidates with a minimum of 50% marks will be considered for admissions. Friend for B.Ed you have to pass graduation with minimum 50% marks.
