Sir,
I am studying B.Com in CMJ University.
This is my 3rd year going and I will complete
my Graduation this year. I would like to know
CMJ University certificate is valid for Government jobs.
Because I want to apply for Government jobs.
Can I apply or not after my Graduation?

Yes, why not, CMJ university is recognized by the University Grants Commission. So you are eligible for all government jobs after completion of bachelor's degree in commerce from CMJ university.

You are eligible for the given entrance exams:

Civil Services examination.

Combined Defense services.

IBPS Bank PO and clerk exam.

SSC Combined Graduate level exam.

Central Armed Police force exam.

CMJ University is situated in Meghalaya and was established in 2009 by Govt. of Meghalaya CMJ University is approved by UGC under section 22 of UGC Act.

Yes, you are eligible government jobs because CMJ university is approved by UGC.

CMJ University is a private university located in Shillong, Meghalaya and created through a state act in 2009. It is the first private university of Meghalaya.

It was established by Government of Meghalaya as per section 2(f) act of UGC Act 1956. I have attached the OGC letter for CMJ university regarding afffiliations

Do not, degree obtained from CMJ university is valid and you are eligible for the various entrance exams at bachelor's degree level like:

>>Civil Services examination : Age limit is 21-30 years.

>>Combined defense services: Age limit is different from different academies. Minimum age is 19 years.

>>Central Police Force exam: 20-25 years for general candidates with upper age relaxed for OBC and SC/ST candidates.

Some more entrance exams are:

1. Staff Selection Commission Combined Graduate Level exam.

2. Institute of Banking and Personnel selection Bank PO and Clerk exam.

3. Intelligence Bureau ACIO entrance exam.

Yes you can apply for all government jobs after graduation from CMJ university this is a valid university for graduation courses by UGC and approved by AICTE after you completed your graduation you can apply for the jobs in government as well as in private sector.

Government jobs that you can apply are- Civil service jobs, Defense jobs, Banking sector, Finance sector and insurance and also in various other departments in government department.

Jobs in banking sector are-
>> Bank P.O.

>> Clerical

>> Assistant manager

>> Cashier

>> Asset management

>> storekeeper and data entry operator.

You can apply for IBPS to get these jobs and also sometimes some private banks conducts separate exam for various posts.

And in other departments of government sector are where you can apply-

I have completed my BSc from CMJ university in 2011. I have recently tried to change my job to an MNC based in Delhi/NCR. They have rejected my profile in initial screening just by looking at CMJ university. What should I do in this case?

For promotion to heigher post for me it needs Degree certificate for Assam Govt.Sir can take distance learning
