Can I apply for IGNOU entrance exam after completing 12th course?

I have just completed my +2 course & I'm waiting for the result. Can I apply for the IGRUA Entrance Exam.

IGNOU refers to Indira Gandhi National Open University and same is one of the national university approved by UGC and DEC.

As far as you are concerned about appearing in IGNOU being a final year student of higher secondary school degree then I would like to let you know that you are certainly eligible for appearing in entrance examination for your admission in your desired undergraduate degree course if you satisfy the criteria for the same.
