Can I apply for jobs as an OBC candidate for an age relaxation on creamy layer in Civil Posts?


Hello Sir, I am a general candidate but my income is bellow 50000 annually. Can I apply for jobs under OBC category for an age relaxation on creamy layer in Civil posts in Andhra Pradesh? Please answer as soon as possible.

My caste is kapu and parents income is less than 3 lakhs shall I eligible for OBC non creamy layer
