Is it possilble to do phd after pgdm

I have completed by DME in 1999, I would like do a oneyear PGDBA course, where I can do so ?

I have completed my diploma mechanical, pgdbm .
Now I want to pursue master degree..it is possible to pursue master after pgdbm

I have got 42% in pcm group and 48% in PCB group and 76 percentile in mht-cet, can I get admission for engineering?
