Can I apply for railway job after passing BSc with Botany Hons with 60%


I have passed B.Sc with botany hons. with 60 percentage of marks.Can I apply railway jobs?

I m a student of b.dc botany honours 1st year...can I apply IPS and IRS examinations??can I also apply WBCS examination?
