should we submit any certificates for SSC examination even after applying it online? if yes what are the certificates?

As you are second year student, so you can't apply for SSC combined level exam now.

Because the basic qualification for this is graduation. And it must be obtained from recognized university.

Upper age limit is 27 years and there's a age relaxation for the candidates belongs to OBC & SCs/STs categories.

You can strat preparing now in order to get good rank in the exam.
