CID- CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION DEPARTMENT It is a crime detection agencies under govt. of INDIA . established - 1st APRIL 1906 Officers those are work in these dept. known as CID OFFICER. Candidates who wish to join must appear INDIAN CIVIL SERVICE EXAM. eligibility:-- mINIMUM QUALIFICATION IS 12TH ANY STREAM. |

i appreciate your interest. for getting job in CID , you are needed to crack SSC exam ,which is conducted by upsc every year. after getting good rank you will receive a call for physical fitness test. it is more important because most of the students fails to clear it. so, prepare yourself accordingly . good luck. |

crime investigation department is a very good field in respect to the salary and a prestigious job.. you may join cid by giving the exam conducted by upsc the exam is called SHORT SERVICE COMMISION EXAM after clearing the exam you will be called for physical fitness test rest all depends on your hard work... best of luck |

The minimum eligibility for applying to this post is :- ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1) Age between 21-27 years 2) Graduation in any discipline from any recognised university of india. 3) You should have scored at least 50% of marks in graduation level. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Note:-There is age relaxation for the reserved categories. The SC/ST will be allowed relaxation of 5 years and the OBC will be allowed relaxation of 3 years. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Exam Pattern of 1st stage:- 1)General question *********200marks 2)English question *********200 marks In second stage you can faced an interview which is contain 100 marks. a.
