yes, you can apply for TNPC group 1 examination...but its requirment for a student is PG..those student who are completing his post-graduate are eligible for this TNPC group 1 examination.

Yes, you can apply for the TNPSC Group I if you are in the final semester or going to complete the degree shortly. Since you are degree holder, you can apply for the Group I Services which is a specialized services for Deputy collector, Deputy Superintend of Police and other similar cadres. Yo get select now itself you can join the courses to get select in the preliminary and main examinations. Many institutes are offering the same. Here are some links for the same.
