I'm doing my B.E final year. Can i apply for this group 2 examination.

yes you can apply, but you should be able to produce your qualification certificate by the tome of main exam otherwise you will be not allowed to write the main exam

Yes sure, you can apply for the TNPSC group 2 exam but it is mandatory to finish your course by the time the examinations are conducted.

you can apply for the tnpc group II exam.but it is suggested that you take on the exam like CAT ,MAT after doing B.E .however if you are really interested then you may take on with that.for this you can log on to the website //www.tnpsc.tn.nic.in/gk_degree_3.htm

You can very well apply for the Group I and II in TNPSC since you are a graduate in the engg discipline you are eligible for the same try to prepare for the General awareness and the MAT and prepare with the previous questions or else join the training institutes specifically for TNPSC if you prepare for the UPSC, you can very easily clear the TNPSC.
