Its sounds good that you are very specific with your goal.
if you want to be a pilot after 12th, you can appear for NDA exam .
for this exam you must have to complete your 12th in PCM group with at least 60%.
the age limit for this exam is 16.5-19.
there are up to 300 vacancies are available in front of you through NDA .
in which 66 vacancies are for air force through NDA.

thanks!!

Dear Guest,

If you have passed 12th with Maths and Physics then you can apply for entry in Indian Air Force as a Pilot or Flying Branch of Indian Air Force.

There are three different ways of entry into the Flying Branch of Indian Air Force.
These are as under;

1. Entry through Combined Defence Services

Every year UPSC conducts CDS examination twice.
You can apply for the exam during final year of graduation or after passing graduation.

2. NCC Special Entry

If you are an NCC 'C' certificate holder then you can apply for this entry scheme.
You can apply for the exam during final year of graduation or after passing graduation
provided that you score 60% or more in B.Sc.

3. Flying (Pilot) through Short Service Commission examination

For this entry you will have to appear SSC examination.
You can apply for the exam during final year of graduation or after passing graduation
provided that you score 60% or more in B.Sc.

The age limit for all the above entries is, 19-23 years.

I wish you good luck!
