hi,
you can get admissions in the MBBS course after M.Sc Zoology.
for this you have to qualify the entrance exam. some college are following:-
-AIIMS
-BHU
-VMMC
-MANIPAL UNIVERSITY
-KING GORGE MEDICAL COLLEGE, LUCKNOW
-SRM MEDICAL COLLEGE

In my opinion you should not DO MBBS because it is wastage of time and money.
you have to read 12th class physics, chemistry and biology which is quite impossible but If you want than you can try
