yes,you can do b.tech after b.sc.
if you want to do job in a industry then b.tech will be better.
if you want to be teacher,professor or do higher education then m.sc will be better.

If you are pursuing your Bsc than you must go for Msc rather than B tech because if you proceed for B tech than you again have to start from the basics. You can opt for Punjab University, NIT, SRM or Lovely Professional University for pursuing Msc.
