I have studied MCA.Can I do M.E (computer science )course?

Yes, you are eligible for M.E in computer science. Selection to the course is made through entrance exams like TANCET and GATE. You can have admission to reputed institutes like IIT’s and NIT’s. In these institutes aspirants with a minimum of 60% marks in engineering will be considered for admission. GATE score is mandatory to seek admission in IIT’s and NIT’s.

You have studied in MCA course .

So , You are applicable for M.E or M-Tech course in Computer Science .Final year of MCA degree holder candidate can apply here .But you must have valid GATE score .

GATE stands for Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering .This exam is conducted for M-Tech admission , PHD admission and some of the organization recruit the candidate through GATE score.

If you have Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Technology or Architecture/Design or its equivalent or masters degree in science department are applicable for GATE Exam.There is no marks criteria.

Yes definitely, you can do M.E. course in Computer Science.

For doing M.E./M.Tech course, you must have a valid GATE score.

The eligibility criteria required for the GATE examination are prescribed as below:-

* Completion of graduation in Engineering, Technology, or Architecture from any accredited college or university.

* Completion of post-graduation in science stream from any recognized university.

* Marks criteria is not required.

* Nationality:- Indian.
