First thing is that the basic eligibility criteria for the masters in science course is ,to have a bachelor degree in science stream from a recognised university with good percentile.

As you have completed your Master degree as M.Tech so you must have done the B.E. or B.tech course. So by this you are fulfilling the basic eligibility criteria of this course so definitely you can do it.

MSc is a Post graduation degree program with having the duration two years. It is necessary to have a graduation degree in science discipline from a recognised university with good percentages in aggregate to be eligible for this course.

If you have B.E. or BSc degree then you can definitely do this course.
