i have completed my sy.bsc from mumbai university , after that i took addmision in eiilm university sikkim and completed mi graduation ... can i eligible for further education from mumbai university, and can i do mpsc,upsc, and bank exam i eligible for that, eiilm university is goog or not// pliz reply i m very confused
