Yes it is possible but you cannot use your B.A degree for any reference.
You may start your course as a fresh bath after 12th. There is also some age limit and if you are under constraints then there is no force to stop you.
It is always advised to do your P.G. in your domain like M.A. or M.B.A. also preferable.
Part time Diploma courses are available in very limited colleges and it is also tough to prove your skills as there are crores of engineers waiting ahead of you with full time qualifications.
