Yes, of course you are eligible for Drug Inspector exam after M.Pharm course. Those candidates who have completed their graduation in pharmacy or pharmaceutical sciences or medicine are elgiible.

Drug Inspector is a lucrative career option for Pharmacy candidate. Those candidates who are interested to become an Drug Inspector must qualified in written test, and physical fitness. Drug Inspector exam is conducted by UPSC and also various state PSCs on an annual basis.

Eligibility criteria for appearing in Drug Inspector exam :
  • The Applicant should be Indian citizens.
  • The Applicant must have completed graduation in pharmacy or pharmaceutical sciences or medicine with specialization in clinical pharmacology or microbiology from a recognized university.
  • The Applicant must be between 21 years and 35 years and Upper age relaxation is allowed for reserved category candidates 5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC candidates.
