Yes you can fill the improvement form in mathematics of CBSE board. You can apply for the improvement when you get the marks sheet from your school.
The improvement form can be obtained from your school only.

You have to pay a sum of Rs. 150 for each paper. With that you also have to submit your original mark sheet. It should be note that in the new mark sheet the date of passing the examination will be different with the date of your original mark sheet.

The application form and the amount of improvement test will be submitted at your college only. So you are eligible to apply for the improvement test when you get the mark sheet.

sir, i submitted my improvement exam form last week. how will i know if my form was accepted or rejected?

i have passed 12th class with Physics,chemistry ,biology and english in the 2105.but now i want to do 12th with maths also.can i appear as a private candidate and do maths only or i have to appear in all subjects like physics ,chem,biology and maths?what is the procedure??
