No you're not eligible for B.Sc course after completing polytechnic diploma. The Applicant who completed 12th standard are eligible to apply for B.S course.

So, being a polytechnic diploma candidate you're not eligible for B.Sc course.

Eligibility Criteria for B.Sc through Rajasthan University:-

-Passed the 10+2 examination from any recognized Board with Science Discipline with 50% from recognized University.
-Applicant should not more than 24 years

Admission will be based on 12th percentage of marks. The Applicant who score good marks in 12th board examination will get first preference at time of admission.

So, being polytechnic diploma student you're not eligible for B.Sc course.
