For pursuing Company Secretary course, there is no percentage criteria. Which means, if you have passed +2 level of examination or hold any higher qualification, you are eligible to pursue the course irrespective of the marks secured in the qualifying examination as well as the stream you belong to.

Now, since you have completed B.Com, you will get complete exemption from the Foundation Program of the Company Secretary course and therefore, you can directly enroll for the Executive Program which will be followed by Professional Program and a Management Training for a period of 15 months.

For admission, you will need to contact your nearest ICSI (Institute of Company Secretaries of India) Regional Council/Branch.

->As you have very less marks in B.COM i.e.47% and you
want to get an admission in CS but according to me,your
marks are not sufficient to get an admission in CS.
->But if you have good skills than you can apply for it
after a one year gap also and in this year also but not in
good college or university.
->If you have good rank in the entrance exam then
definitely you are eligible for CS course.
->This course aims to equip the students with
comprehensive knowledge and intensive training on
typing and office management, evaluation of information
systems for organization so that they will be prepared to
embrace the challenges in the secretarial industry. It also
covers the study of management and organizations in
order to bridge the gap between specialist and decision-
