NIOS stands for the National Institute of Open Schooling. This is also one of the central government recognized board of India for conducting 10th board and 10+2 board examinations. So the certificates obtained after giving examination is valid for getting jobs and apply for different entrance examinations at 10+2 level.

So, you can get admission in Indian Institute of Technology or in any other government university. For IIT, you need to clear the mains and advanced stage of Joint Entrance examination conducted by the CBSE.
