will csab consider state rank in mnit jaipur this year. will air in jee mains decrease after admissions of jee advance and bits pilani

If you not belongs to Rajasthan State, Then you will be considered as a other state candidate eventhough you are a CBSE student. With the rank of 5003 in JEE Main, You may have chances to get admission in some of the branch of engineering offered by MNIT. It's also depend on your category.
