Veermata Jijabai Technological Institute is an engineering college located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. College of Engineering, Pune is an autonomous engineering college affiliated to Savitribai Phule Pune University in Pune, Maharashtra, India. No you are not eligible to get COEP production or VJTI college after scoring 117 in JEE mains ad 76% in Physics Chemistry and Mathematics. If you are SC category candidate then you can apply for admission in College of Engineering, Pune and Veermata Jijabai Technological Institute.
