Can I get Economics Hons in B.A after scoring 304 marks? Colleges offering Economics Honors without Maths in 12th?

i passed hs exam this year from WBBHSE. my subject combination geo (marks-72),
eco (marks-62), com.application (marks-70)and total marks 304 (best of 5).
can i get eco hons in BA????
and wich calleges offered eco hons without math 10+2 in kolkata??????
